KJQ (King Jackie Queen) stars Dheekshith Shetty, Shashi Odela and Yukti Thareja in the lead roles. The film was directed by late Kiran Kumar Meenuga (KK), who passed away before completing its release.
Huge thanks to the efforts of director Srikanth Odela and producer Sudhakar Cherukuri while this film is finally releasing on August 7th.
During promotions director Sandeep Reddy Vanga (SRV) revealed that KK had narrated the story to him nearly 15 years ago when they worked together on the film KD.
He also openly said that Anushka Shetty was originally considered for the lead role but the project did not materialize then due to many reasons for sure.
This revelation has sparked much more curiosity among fans and who are now wondering how the film would have looked with Anushka in the lead.
