Ram Charan Tej and Aravind Swamy starrer Dhruva had released to a much fanfare and enthusiastic welcome by the fans of the actor. The movie had been reviewed all over to positive feedback and even fans are saying it as Reinvention of Ram Charan as an actor, who received lot of flack for his performances for his earlier movies.Charan after Magadheera became one of the leading stars of the Telugu Film Industry and his movies since have been minimum colecting shares around 40C. But his movies since Toofan have been not upto the mark as per box office standards and the young hero took it upon him to change the perception of audience towards him.

Even though the initial response seems to be indicating it has a right move, the Demonetization effect in Telugu states and even Overseas audience are not showing much interest as the big popular hero films have been scoring more than 400K$ in premieres. On the whole, these collections have to be described as below par from the expectations and with positive word of mouth may be the film should see some surge in collections.
