Dharmendra’s Leaked Hospital Video Leads To Arrest

The past week has been very emotional for the Deol family. Dharmendra the 88 year old veteran actor, was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai and soon after a video from inside his hospital room leaked online.

This upset fans and the film industry because it was a private moment. Police later arrested the hospital staff member who secretly recorded and shared the clip calling it a clear invasion of privacy.

The video showed Dharmendra surrounded by his family. His first wife, Prakash Kaur was in tears and Sunny Deol was seen comforting her. This private moment going viral led the family to take legal action.

At the same time, many false rumours about Dharmendra’s health, including fake death news, caused even more stress. His children and Hema Malini asked people not to believe such reports.

On Wednesday the family confirmed that Dharmendra had been discharged and is recovering at home. They requested privacy and thanked everyone for their love and support.
