Tamil actor Dhanush is coming up with a new movie titled “Kubera” under the supervision of the Tollywood Director Sekhar Kammula. The movie also shows the appearance of Nagarjuna in an important role. Dhanush has done a very remarkable thing for his role, he reportedly filmed for over 10 hours without a mask near a garbage dump in Mumbai to capture the originality of his character’s emotions.
Nagarjuna revealed that Dhanush’s character in the film is akin to an underdog and will showcase two contrasting shades: one as opulent as a king and the other as destitute as the poor. Dhanush has been known for his intense characterizations so he goes on with the same in “Kubera.”
Following “Captain Miller,” which despite being marketed as a Pan-India release failed to reach the box-office expectations, Dhanush is looking to make an impact with “Kubera.” “Ayalaan” performed better, thus increasing the pressure for “Kubera” to deliver. Dhanush’s third entry in the dual language category is this film, “Kubera,” after “VIP2” and “Sir.” Thanks to his commitment and previous work, the audience is eager to see his performance in “Kubera.”
