Devika & Danny Web Series Story: Devika can see spirits thanks to powers from her grandfather. Danny comes seeking her help after his death. While helping him, Devika faces unexpected challenges. This is the story of the web series Devika & Danny.

Performances: Ritu Varma impressed with her varied emotional performance. Shiva Kandukuri’s comic timing and innocence added freshness to the series. Surya Vasishta acted decently but lacked proper character development. Subbaraju brought good comedy through his role. Seeing Kovai Sarala in a different character was refreshing, while the villain roles felt very routine.

Technical Aspects: The series is technically good but it feels like a TV show because of the color grading. CGI, cinematography, music, and costumes are well executed.

Director B. Kishore avoided vulgarity, made the show family-friendly, and connected audiences with the heroine’s journey. Overall, his second project is a solid and enjoyable effort.

Analysis: As mentioned before, if you ignore the color grading that feels like a TV show and the usual villain characters, Devika & Danny is a decent web series without any vulgarity. This 7-episode series can be enjoyed easily with family, without any tension.
