Details About “Vettaiyan” Bookings

Rajinikanth‘s “Vettaiyan” is set to release on October 10th. Directed by TJ Gnanavel, the film features a top cast and music by Anirudh Ravichander.

Bookings for the movie opened two days ago but started slowly. In many places, less than 25% of tickets were sold during the first two days. However, bookings in major cities picked up last night, while in smaller towns sales remain low.

The lack of promotion apart from one or two online interviews and an audio launch has affected ticket sales.

In Chennai, most multiplex shows for the first day are sold out, but single-screen theaters still have many seats available.

We’ll have to wait and see if positive reviews after the release will attract more viewers on October 10th.
