Delhi High Court Gives Relief To Rajpal Yadav

The Delhi HC has refused to cancel the relief given to actor Rajpal Yadav in a cheque bounce case.

The court said there is no reason to send him back to jail right now. Earlier on February 16th his sentence was suspended and he was released after being in jail since February 5th.

During the hearing the complainant asked the court to cancel this relief but the judge said Yadav is not trying to escape and is present before the court.

The judge also said media coverage does not affect the case and that Yadav is being treated like any normal person.

The next hearing is on April 1st. The court also said if he wants to settle the matter, he should come with a clear payment plan.
