Deepika Padukone Opens Up About Feeling Burnt Out

Deepika Padukone welcomed her first child recently and talked about the struggles of not getting enough sleep and the burnout she feels, which can affect her decision making.

While she did not go into detail about the emotional and physical challenges of being a mother or how it has changed her daily life she stressed the importance of taking care of herself.

In a meeting she said “When I’m sleep deprived or burnt out, it affects the decisions I make”.

“I can tell on certain days when I’m feeling stressed or exhausted because I haven’t slept enough or followed my self care routine. I notice that my decision making is impacted”.
