Meanwhile, the latest news is that Deepika Padukone is finalized as one of the jury members for the Cannes Film Festival which is going to be held next month in France. Earlier, Aishwarya Rai was the only Indian actress to be a part of the Cannes Film Festival jury and now Deepika also achieves the rare feat.

On the work front, Deepika Padukone is making her South debut with Prabhas’ sci-fi thriller Project K. Nag Ashwin is the director for this pan-India project which is expected to hit the screens next year.
