Deepika likely to play the lead role in PV Sindhu’s biopic

All of us know that a biopic is being made on badminton star PV Sindhu and that the film is in pre-production stage. The news has been making rounds since a long time, but nothing has been announced about it till now.

Actor Sonu Sood, who is popular for his antagonist roles, is producing this biopic. It is said that the project will be going on floors sometime later this year and Sonu is planning to approach top Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone to reprise Sindhu’s role.

Meanwhile, the latest update is that Sonu Sood himself will be essaying the role of Sindhu’s coach ad badminton legend Gopichand in the biopic. The film is slated for release in 2020. The director who will helm this project is yet to be announced.

We hope this film will be made and dubbed into various other languages for many people to know about the sports star.
