Kareena Kapoor recently spoke about nepotism and said that although it may help someone get a debut only talent and audience acceptance can keep their career strong.
She admitted she is privileged but added that success depends on hard work, consistency and good performances. Kareena said, “The audience decides your future, not your surname”.
She was last seen in Singham Again. She also acted in Hansal Mehta’s The Buckingham Murders, where she plays a mother and cop dealing with deep emotional pain while solving a missing child case.
Aadar Jain also commented on nepotism, saying that even though he belongs to the Kapoor family, it doesn’t guarantee constant movie offers or brand deals.
On the work front, Kareena is now shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s Daayra, which also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran. She shared behind-the-scenes pictures and videos with Gulzar on social media.
