Dasara Teaser: Raw and Rustic

The much-awaited first-look teaser of Natural Star Nani’s upcoming film, Dasara is released by the makers this afternoon. The one-minute 15 Seconds promo revolves around the lifestyle of people at a small village named Erlapalle.

The teaser opens with a voice-over dialogue by Nani introducing his village Erlapalle. The visuals showcase the rustic setup in the village which is surrounded by cool mines. Introduced as an aggressive-natured guy from the same village, Nani is projected as an alcoholic. What is his conflict with the village head( role played by Saikumar)? How will Nani’s character along with a group of friends revolt against the rich people in the society, expected to be a crucial crux. Nani’s makeover is outstanding and the promo hints that he literally lived in the character. Overall, Dasara’s promotional video is raw with a rustic premise. Adding to it, Nani is ferocious as a village guy, Santhosh Narayanan’s striking background score and Sathyan Sooryan’s photography are added highlights of the promo.

Directed by Srikanth Odela, Dasara is set in the 80s time period in Telangana. Keerthy Suresh is the female lead. Being produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri, Dasara is slated for a pan-India release on March 30, 2023, in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages. Santhosh Narayanan
