Vishwak Sen starrer Das Ka Dhamki had a theatrical release today. Directed by Vishwak Sen himself, the film has been carrying decent expectations among the audience. Lets see how it fares.

Story: Krishna Das(Vishwak Sen) an orphan who works at a star hotel waiter. In the process,he crosses paths with a beautiful girl named Keerthy(Nivetha Pethuraj. In the process of impressing her, Das lies to her that he owns a reputed pharmaceutical company. To the rude shock to Krishna Das unexpected Krishna Das goes to Keerthy’s place and comes to know that Vishwak Sen’s existence is reality. What will Krishna Das do now? How will he take the help of Sanjay Mishra? Who is Sanjay Mishra? What is his backstory? Forms the crucial crux.

Performances: Vishwak Sen impressive in his class and mass roles. While he is aggressive in given mass role, his settled performance in the given classs role bring depth to the proceedings.

Though the film has a good amount of logiclesss scenes throughout the film, Vishwak Sen’s commandable screen presence takes flow with the film.

As Das ka Dhamki is Vishwak Sen one-man show, there is no other character that impressive as much as Vishwak Sen.

Nivetha Pethuraj is fine in her bubble role. Other actors like Rao Ramesh is okay with his usual acting.

Technicalities: The photography work by Vishwak Sen father karata Raju is adequate as he presented the film on a lavish note. His night mood shots are effective.

The music composed by Leone James is fine his work registers well especially with his foot tappping numbers.

Production values for this limited budget movie are rich and so is the case with the production design work.Technically the film is superb solid which is a plus point for the film.

Analysis: Vishwak Sen is wielding megaphone after a brief gap. But compared to Falaknuma Das his direction skills are clearly seen in dull. Especially, his dialogue version lack a proper punch in it.

To summarize, Das ka Dhamki struggles from boring and ages old storyline and outdated presentations. All overall, the film is strictly for a few elevation blocks on the hero characterization
