D-Day ahead for Shankar; Mega fans in worry

It has been reported that reputed Tamil production house Lyca Productions approached Madras High Court a few weeks ago and filed a petition against Shankar. Reports came out that the management of Lyca Productions moved to court as director Shankar has been neglecting and not bothered about their prestigious project, Indian 2.

The production house also claimed that it has already spent Rs 180 crore out of the estimated budget of Rs 230 crore. Even Shankar’s lawyer attended the court and presented the direction’s version to the court.

Now, the latest news is that after hearing arguments from both sides, the court has reserved the verdict which is going to be out on April 28th.

Indian 2 starring Kamal Haasan, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Kajal Aggarwal among others went on the floors in 2019 but has been repeatedly facing problems due to various reasons.

If April 28th verdict comes in favourable to the Lyca Productions, Shankar has to resume Indian 2’s shooting by keeping aside already announced his new project with Ram Charan. Now, this news is worrying mega fans.
