COVID Second Wave: Yet another state announces restrictions on the theatre occupancy

  • April 16, 2021 / 11:15 AM IST

It is well-established news that the second wave of Coronavirus is spreading at a fast pace across the globe. In our country, the deadly virus is ringing danger bells with the increase in the Covid positive cases with each passing day.

Already state governments of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu among others imposed lockdown restrictions. In the states like Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, the theatre occupancy is limited to only fifty percent.

Now, the latest state to join the list is the national capital Delhi. In the afternoon hours, the state government announced that the maximum theatre occupancy is restricted to only thirty percent.

It needs to be seen if our twin Telugu states also take a similar kind of decision on the theatre occupancy or not in the coming days.
