Covid effect on Sai Dharam Tej’s Republic

Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej’s upcoming film, Republic raised expectations among the moviegoers with its recently released first look teaser. Being helmed by critically acclaimed director Deva Katta, the film’s shooting is in its last leg.

Already the makers have announced that the film will hit the screens on June 4th. But the latest developments indicate that considering the Covid second wave circumstances, the film’s release is postponed and an official confirmation regarding the same will be out soon.

Co-starring Kollywood beauty Aishwarya Rajesh as the female lead, Republic also features Ramya Krishna and Jagapathi Babu in crucial roles. Bhagwan and Pullarao are bankrolling this political thriller under JB Entertainments banner. Mani Sharma is the film’s music composer.
