Currently, talented actor Satyadev has a concept-oriented social drama, titled Thimmarusu, a romantic entertainer, Gurthunda Seethakalam and an action drama titled, Godse in hand. Reportedly, the shooting for Thimmarusu and Gurthunda Seethakalam has already wrapped up and waiting for the theatrical release. On the other hand, Godse’s shoot was halted due to the outbreak of the Corona second wave.
Meanwhile, the latest reports coming in from inside sources is that the makers of Thimmarusu and Gurthunda Seethakalam are planning to complete the entire post-production activities as soon as possible and opt for a direct OTT release of the respective films by skipping the theatrical release. An official announcement regarding the same is expected to be out soon. While Thimmarusu is being directed by Sharan Koppisetty, Gurthunda Seethakalam is at the helm by Nagasekhar.
It is well-known that last year during the first wave of the pandemic, three of Satyadev films 47 Rojulu, Guvva Gorinka, Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya had a direct OTT release on different streaming platforms.
