Considering the ongoing Corona crisis, Kollywood stars are responding in a positive manner and donating big bucks to the Tamil Nadu CM relief fund. This morning news came out that Ajith Kumar has donated Rs 25 lakh through a bank transfer to the CM relief fund account.
Now, the latest we hear is that Superstar Rajinikanth’s younger daughter Soundarya met the state chief minister MK Stalin along with her husband Vishagan Vanangamudi and donated a whopping amount of Rs 1 crore for the Corona crisis on behalf of their pharma company Apex Laboratories.
Confirming the same, Soundarya this afternoon tweeted”My father-in-law Mr. S.S.Vanangamudi, husband Vishagan, his sister and I visited the honorable Chief minister @mkstalin sir this morning to hand over our contribution of 1cr for the chief ministers #CoronaReliefFund from our pharma company Apex laboratories, Makers of #Zincovit”.
As per the media reports, other Tamil stars are also expected to make a donation to fight the Novel Coronavirus in the coming days.
