Rajinikanth’s Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is currently the most awaited Indian film. The movie is centered around gold smuggling and is set in a gritty action-packed world.
According to reports Lokesh and his team are in talks with Kamal Haasan to provide the voiceover for the film’s narration.
If finalized, Kamal is expected to record it next week, adding a powerful layer to the storytelling.
Promotional work for Coolie has already begun, and music director Anirudh Ravichander is composing the background score.
Produced by Sun Pictures on a massive budget, Coolie is expected to be a visual and emotional action entertainer.
The film is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on August 14th ahead of the Independence Day weekend.
