Clashes getting unavoidable as filmmakers rush to release films

A lot of films are lined up for release currently, which were postponed due to the second wave of the pandemic. These films were supposed to have been released sometime during this summer, but couldn’t do so due to the second wave, which resulted in the shutting down of theatres. The theatres in the Telugu states reopened on July 30th, but the audience’s response wasn’t as satisfactory as expected.

It wasn’t until the release of SR Kalyanamandapam last week, that hopes were instilled in the hearts of producers, about releasing their films theatrically. Many films, big and small, while not officially announced yet, are planning to release their films from this month. While big films are still contemplating their release dates, small films like Sudheer Babu’s Sreedevi Soda Center, Sushanth’s Ichata Vahanamulu Niluparadu, and Avasarala Srinivas’s 101 Jilla Andhagadu are scheduled to release on the 27th of this month.

The clash of these three films would be a major drawback for all of them, hence it is being said that the producers of these films are cosndiering avoiding the clash. On the other hand, it is also being said that the producers of other big films are also trying to avoid the clash of release dates, so that justice is done for every film.
