Megastar Chiranjeevi turned on a signing spree in recent times, signing several films at the same time. However, the actor hasn’t been able to deliver a single completed film so far, especially Acharya, which has been in the making for nearly 3 years now.
Acharya directed by Koratala Siva has been postponed several times, due to the pandemic, which affected the shooting schedule of the film. It is now being said that Acharya is gearing up for a schedule of re-shoots. Several reshoots have already taken place, and with another schedule all set to take place yet again, everyone is wondering when the film would ever be released.
On the other hand, with reports of Sai Madhav Burra replacing writer Lakshmi Bhupala for Godfather, the film is expected to be re-shot from the beginning. Apart from that, Chiru is also shooting for Bhola Shankar and Bobby’s films, which are not delayed as of now. With two out of four films delayed, there are many criticisms on the way Chiru is delaying his films.
