Chiru and Nag met KCR about Film Industry re-opening post lockdown

With Corona Virus Pandemic seems to have become a reality that we have to adjust and live our lives with responsibility and care, until a vaccine arrives, Telugu Film Industry people are eager to re-open the Industry and start post production and production activities. Taking this request forward – Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, SS Rajamouli, Dil Raju and few others met Telangana CM KCR asking permissions and help for the Industry workers, some special requests in re-opening the theatres as well.

Hence, the news about August being the month, the Government might allow Theatres to re-open has come out. But the government hasn’t confirmed it yet. The industry bigwigs expressed satisfaction over their meeting with KCR. The result of this meeting will reflect in Government decisions going forward. They may impose several restrictions but how will they help workers or if they reduce costs that producers have to pay for permissions to shoot, – which are part of the demands of the TFI? We have to wait and see.
