Chiru 153: Shoot to commence from this date

A couple of days back, we had reported that a massive set is being erected for Megastar Chiranjeevi’s new film which is a Telugu remake of Mohanlal’s Malayalam hit, Lucifer. Art director Suresh Selvarajan, who has designed the iconic temple for Acharya is supervising the set work for Lucifer remake also.

Meanwhile, the latest we hear from industry sources is that the set work has almost completed and the team is planning to commence the film’s shooting from August 13th. It remains to be seen if Chiru will participate in the shooting from the first schedule itself or not.

Kollywood director Mohan Raja will be directing this prestigious project. Tentatively titled Chiru 153, the movie is being bankrolled by NV Prasad in association with Ram Charan’s Konidela Productions Company. Thaman is roped in as the music composer for the film.
