Megastar Chiranjeevi had a solid success with “Waltair Veeeryya” during this year’s Sankranthi season. However, his subsequent release, “Bhola Shankar,” directed by Meher Ramesh, proved to be a disastrous venture, releasing worldwide on August 11.
Following this setback, Chiranjeevi is gearing up for a high-budget socio-fantasy film helmed by “Bimbisara” director Mallidi Vashishta. Initially, there were rumours of Anushka Shetty being considered as one of the heroines for this film, which reportedly requires three female lead roles.
The latest buzz indicates that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been approached to star opposite Chiranjeevi, adding significant star power to the project. Additionally, Mrunal Thakur, known for her role in “Sita Ramam,” is reportedly in talks to join the cast. The fantasy genre, with its larger-than-life storytelling, promises an unparalleled cinematic experience, and Chiranjeevi’s presence in such a film amplifies the excitement.
The project, referred to as “Mega 157,” is set to be produced by UV Creations on a massive scale, with music composed by MM Keeravani. Fans can anticipate an official announcement soon regarding the cast selection. As pre-production work for the film is underway, it is expected to commence production in the near future.
