Chiranjeevi is one of the biggest and most respected actors in Indian cinema. Throughout his successful career he has won many awards and honors.
Last year he received the Padma Vibhushan the “Most Prolific Indian Actor/Dancer” title from the Guinness Book of World Records and the ANR International Award.
Now he is set to receive another major honor at the UK Parliament’s House of Commons on March 19th for his positive impact on society through culture. The event will be hosted by Labour Party MP Navendu Mishra with other MPs like Sojan Joseph and Bob Blackman attending as special guests.
On the same occasion Chiru will also receive the “Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Public Service through Cultural Leadership” from Bridge India, a well-known UK-based organization. This is the first time Bridge India is giving this award, making it a very special honor.
Receiving such a prestigious award at the UK Parliament shows that Chiranjeevi’s influence goes beyond movies, making a positive impact not just in India but across the world.
