Due to low oxygen his blood turns blue and the heroine tries to save him by giving oxygen. It also shows his struggle to breathe. The glimpse ends with an interesting twist, building curiosity.
The film stars Kiku Yamanala and Kashish Khan, directed by Sai Venkat and produced by Deepti Nadiminti, and is set for a summer release.
