The claims that Chiranjeevi has cancer have been denied by the Telugu megastar. The seasoned actor recently published a statement in Telugu while using his Twitter account to set the record straight.
He revealed that although non-cancerous polyps were found early on and also removed, he had not been given a cancer diagnosis.
Chiranjeevi tweeted a long note as he shared, “A while ago I spoke about the need to raise awareness about cancer while inaugurating a cancer center. I told you that cancer can be prevented if you undergo regular medical tests. I was alert and took a colonoscopy test. I said that non-cancerous polyps were detected and removed. I only said, ‘If I hadn’t done the test first, it would have turned out to be cancer’. That’s why everyone should take precautions and undergo medical tests/screening’, I only said
Chiranjeevi cited a few media outlets as the cause of their careless reporting. He continued, “But some media organizations did not comprehend this well and started scrolling and website pieces saying ‘I acquired cancer’ and ‘I survived thanks to therapy’. Unnecessary confusion has resulted from this. Numerous well-wishers are informing me about my health via mail. This explanation is intended for every one of them. A similar request is made to such journalists. Avoid writing rubbish unless you are familiar with the subject. Many people are afraid and injured as a result.
In terms of his professional life, Chiranjeevi recently appeared in Waltair Veerayya and has “Bholaa Shankar” on the horizon. While Tamannaah Bhatia will be seen romancing the Telugu megastar, Keerthy Suresh will play his sister in the film.
