Megastar Chiranjeevi is the first actor in Tollywood to understand the seriousness of the coronavirus outbreak. He boldly announced that he’s putting the shooting of his ongoing film Acharya on hold due to the current days. After Chiranjeevi’s thoughtful announcement, many film personalities and organisations followed suit to postpone the respective films and events. It looks like Chiranjeevi is using his leisure time to catch up on new films. According to the latest update, he watched Nithiin and Rash, ila Mandanna’s Bheeshma in his home theatre along with the film’s director Venky Kudumula.
The filmmaker was over the moon as Chiranjeevi was the reason why Venky stepped into films and to watch his directorial venture with him is extremely special indeed. Photos of Chiranjeevi and Venky Kudumula at the private screening of Bheeshma have been doing the rounds on social media. In the photo, Chiranjeevi is shaking hands with Venky Kudumula. When asked about the handshake, the director said he shook hands with the actor only after sanitising. After watching the film, Chiranjeevi seemed impressed about the film and praised the film. It is said that Chiranjeevi will likely see more films during this time.
