Megastar Chiranjeevi faced strong opposition for his status and stature from several heroes like Balakrishna, Nagarjuna and Venkatesh till 2002-03. Post Indra, Tagore and Shankar Dada MBBS, his focus shifted to politics and new generation stars like Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu started taking over. The songs, sets, costumes and story line, narrative structure everything worked so well, that even today, the movie entertains many. It is a family movie and made with children in mind. Hence, it doesn’t irritate a viewer for even one second. Such combination is highly rare. On to of all, Sridevi’s glamour added much more value to the film and her acting skills in this role were perfect. For many of her fans, she is still Indraja, daughter of Indra who chose to settle down on Earth for mere mortals like us, even though she is an angel.
