It is already reported that senior actor Venkatesh’s new project, Narappa is all set for a direct to digital release on Amazon Prime Video on July 20th. On this occasion, this afternoon, the Amazon management unveiled the theatrical trailer of the movie.
Set in a rural backdrop, the promo showcases the life of a common man named Narappa and the circumstances prevailing in his village. How does a family man turn violent and take revenge on rich landlords in society? Is going to be the main USB of the film.Venkatesh has been presented in an effective manner as a responsible family person in this 2-minute 7 seconds promo. Priyamani, Karthik Rathnam among others as Narappa family members are going to be seen in key roles in the film.
Being directed by Srikanth Addala, Narappa is an official remake of Tamil hit, Asuran. Suresh Babu and Kalaippuli S Thanu bankrolled the film jointly. Main Sharma is the music composer.
