Akkineni Naga Chaitanya’s intense cop drama, Custody is scheduled for May 12th release in Telugu and Tamil languages simultaneously. Directed by critically acclaimed Kollywood filmmaker Venkat Prabhu, the film also has noted actor Arvind Swamy in key a role. As the release date is nearing the team has kick -started promotions on an agressive note.
As a part of promotions, the team this evening had a question and answer session with Tollywood media. Speaking at the event, chai revealed the core point of the film. He said that hero safeguarding the villian is the new point in Custody. He wants to rescue the antagonist from the hurdles which is said to be a unique point in Custody. Krithi Shetty is the female lead in the movie.
Chay will be seen as a cop in this social drama.’You must be the change, You wish to see in the World’, a famous quotation from the ‘Father of the Nation’ Gandhi is the tagline for Custody. The first-look posters of Custody which are unveiled a few months back give hint that Custody is not going to be a regular cop drama. Along with loads of action, the film is likely to deal with various social aspects as well.
