The shooting for Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ongoing film, Acharya resumed a couple of weeks ago. As per the inside sources, director Koratala Siva is filming a few crucial scenes involving both Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan at a studio in Hyderabad.
Meanwhile, the latest update coming in from our sources is that the film unit is planning to shift the location to Kakinada. Reportedly, Koratala is keen on canning a few crucial scenes in and around the Kakinada Port area on Chiru. It is well-known that earlier, even Allu Arjun’s blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo was also shot in the Kakinada Port area.
Coming to Acharya, the film has Kajal Aggarwal and Pooja Hegde in the female lead roles. The film’s shooting is expected to wrap up in the next 20 days, confirm our sources. Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy are bankrolling the film, jointly. Mani Sharma is the music composer. The film is aiming for a Dusshera festive season release.
