Chandoo Mondeti might get a go ahead from Nagarjuna!

Akkineni Nagarjuna has been in great form since, Manam and he decided to concentrate on movies with substance rather than making movies that are regular and offer nothing new for anyone attached to the movie. He took a strict decision from his last debacle, Bhai and since then he has scored Blockbuster success with Manam, Soggade Chinni Nayana and Oopiri. He is currently wrapping up the shooting of Om Namo Venkatesaya, which entered its final leg this month. The shooting of the movie will be completed by the end of this month and the producers are looking for a possible Feb release or a March release. The release date will be decided once the team looks at the final output.

Nagarjuna is right now busy with the preparations for his younger son, Akhil ‘s marriage with Shriya Bhupal and he confirmed in one of his press interaction that he heard a mind blowing script recently and he is waiting eagerly to be a part of it. That movie will be directed by Omkar and the shooting should start from January once Om Namo Venkatesaya is wrapped completely with out any reshoots. As per his next after that, Nag is listening to the scripts and Naga Chaitanya has been pressing for him to listen and accept the script from Chandoo Mondeti who openly expressed his love for the actor and wished to work with him. His movie plans with Ravi Teja at this moment are on hold as Ravi is not very keen on working soon.

So Chandoo is preparing for the narration and as already Nag said he would like to work with him, if the script is exciting enough he would accept it immediately.The sources close to the director say that the proposed cop story will be focusing on a social issue and the hero will have a typical character that suits the actor and the protagonist will be going against society for helping it. The sources close to Chaitanya and Nag, are suggesting that once the narration is over, the actor might say yes, as he wants to do more and more exciting young looking roles as soon as possible as he might get too old for them if he keeps waiting for time.
