Sushanth Singh Rajput died by suicide and did not leave any suicide note stating the reasons behind it. Father of Sushanth filed case against Rhea Chakraborthy his ex-girlfriend as the reason for his suicide. Bihar Police have reached Mumbai and asked Mumbai Police to help them in investigation but they have been saying that Mumbai Police have tampered with evidence. Media came up with stories about involvement of Maharastra Government in making the case weak to save a big politician’s son.
Now, Central Government has agreed to give the case to CBI and Solicitor General, Tushar Mehta stated the same to Supreme Court. The Apex Court, who are hearing the arguments on the plea from Rhea Chakraborthy to shift the case from Bihar Police to Mumbai Police, have asked the three parties involved in the case, Rhea Chakraborthy, Maharashtra Government and Mumbai Police to submit their statements within three days to Court. CBI will start the enquiry into the case immediately and the required orders for the Government to CBI will be issued by the end of the day on 5th August. Suddenly, an actor’s suicide has become a political case altogether, now. Let’s hope the truth surfaces soon.
