Kaala, the new Rajnikanth film with Pa. Ranjith after Kabali, is releasing on 7th June. The movie trailer released recently is going viral and the promotions are slowly catching up. The buzz about the movie is not as high as Kabali, as the previous one is a big flop. Still, Kaala produced by Dhanush managed to create interest in Thalaivar fans.
But for Karnataka fans of the actor, the Cauvery river water issue as once again come to forefront to play spoilsport. The actor has been vocal about his political affiliation to side Tamil Nadu people as he hopes to repay their love by doing good to each and every one of them, who treat him as God. He will soon start his party and announce the political agenda and activities.
He vocally supported farmers of TN in the protest against Karnataka state Government. So, the politicians of Karnataka decided that the movie, Kaala release will not be permitted in their state. They have announced that the theatres should co-operate with their decision to halt the release. We have to wait and see, how will Rajnikanth react to this.
