In Telugu Cinema among the many talented makers none of them have been able to make an impact like Krishna Vamsi as his films, Anthahpuram, Ninne Pelladutha, Sindhuram, Gulabi and Khadgam are still revered and stood the test of time. Murari and Chandamama too are proved to be most enjoyable films the director has ever made. Even though he has a penchant to change his subjects from film to film, many remember him for making movies with human emotions than his action entertainers. Lately, the maker has been unable to deliver the similar kind of impactful films as his Mogudu, Chakram, Sasirekha Parinayam, Mahatma, Paisa have been among the biggest disasters the director has ever delivered.

He is looking to make a big comeback and he hopes Nakshatram will be the one true comeback. Even though Govindudu Andarivadele made above 40 crores at box office, the director has not received much credit for the movie. Now, he gave an interview about his ready for release film and he said, “Nakshatram will be a new kind of movie experience for audience. It is not just about a cop but what does a cop stands for and what he needs to do will be shown in Nakshatram.” He also talked about not having many friends in the Industry. He said only Prakash Raj is his close friend and they understand each other very much.

He also talked about Ramyakrishnan and her performance in Baahubali 2. The director said, “I have to give maximum credit for the director and writer, who presented the character like that to make such a huge impact. We already know Ramya is a great actor and the character needed to stand out for her to shine like she did. I can’t direct her as I no longer can see her as an artiste. I see her as my family member and that way I can’t write a scene or make her act in my films like a director.”
