Sapthagiri Express, the movie introducing popular comedian Sapthagiri as hero is gearing up for release this Friday. The movie promotions are being done on a large scale and with bringing Pawan Kalyan to the audio function, the movie team hit bulls eye in catching the eye of general audience and got good promotion as well. Sapthagiri earned name and fame with his Nellore slang telugu and timing in movies like Venkatadri Express and Kandireega. He became a regular in movies and his comic timing has been praised on par with Babu Mohan and Sunil.
As other comedians who tried their hand at becoming a comedy hero like Brahmanandam, Sunil, Ali, Babu Mohan and others, he is also trying his Music id given by Bulganiand. The movie is directed by Arun Pawar. Music is given by Bulganin and produced by Dr. K Ravi Kirane. It has been written by Sapthagiri himself with the set of assitant writers. He has lot of expectations from the movie and the production cost was around 4 crores. For promotions the team has spent till now 2 crores. This is a big amount even for a middle range hero like Raj Tarun and on Sapthagiri this is a high risk amount.
Owing to the Demonetization even the collections of big films have taken a huge beating. Considering the movie has a debut hero and that to comedian, recently, the film featuring another comedian turned hero Srinivas Reddy, Jayammu Nischayammura had some favorable reviews but failed to gain any momentum at the box office. In this difficult condition can Sapthagiri Express breakeven into profits? It is a big question that can only be answered next Monday!
