Puri Jagannadh faced failures with his last two films, but he’s now aiming for a strong comeback. To break his flop streak he teamed up with popular actor Vijay Sethupathi for a new film titled Beggar.
The title alone has created quite a buzz, and if reports are true, Vijay is playing the role of a beggar—something that offers a lot of scope for a powerful story. The film also stars talented actresses Tabu and Radhika Apte.
Puri is known for creating relatable hero characters and showing stories of people who rise from tough situations.
He plans to release the film across India and wants to complete the shoot in just 60 days. Vijay Sethupathi has given bulk dates and is fully committed to the project. A slum set is being built for the shoot.
Fans are now waiting to see if Puri can bring back his old magic with this promising project.
