Can Major fare well against tough competition?

Adivi Sesh’s highly anticipated film Major, which is based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who sacrificed his life during the 26/11 terrorist attacks in Mumbai, is all set to be released on June 3rd. On the same day, Akshay Kumar’s Prithviraj and Kamal Haasan’s Vikram are also set to be released, both of which are highly anticipated as well.

As a result, everyone has been wondering how Sesh’s Major will fare at the box office, considering that Akshay and Kamal are highly known faces in the entertainment industry when compared to Sesh, who is making his pan-Indian debut with Major. However, considering that Major is based on real life and that it tells a completely different story than the other two, it is expected to fare pretty well at the box office. There are good expectations on the film, and all the three films that are releasing on June 3rd are completely different in nature, giving them their own identity.

Major is directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, and features Saiee Manjrekar as the leading lady, while Revathi, Prakash Raj, Murali Sharma, Shobhita Dhulipala, and several others will be seen in key roles.
