Buzz: Vijay to Team up with Charan’s Director

Vijay Deverakonda faced the biggest disaster of his career this year, in the form of Liger. However, his upcoming film, Kushi, directed by Siva Nirvana, is carrying decent expectations around it, and features Samantha as the leading lady of the film. The film was scheduled to be released in December this year, but got postponed due to the unavailability of Samantha.

Sources are now saying that Vijay has signed his next film, and the film is going to be directed by Jersey fame Gowtham Tinnanuri. The director has been attached to Ram Charan for quite some time, with Charan almost okaying the film, but that ultimately did not happen. Gowtham is known for his unique scripts and wonderful storytelling, and it will be interesting to see these two pair up.

On the other hand, Vijay is yet to sing more films, and is said to be taking careful steps when it comes to selecting his projects, so that he doesn’t face another flop.
