Buzz: Thalapathy Vijay to Quit Films

Thalapathy Vijay is currently working on a gangster drama titled, Leo. The film is expected to wrap up the entire shooting formalities by next month.

Co-starring Arjun, Priya Anand, Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles, the film has Trisha as the female lead. After wrapping up Leo under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj, Vijay is all set to collaborate with Venkat Prabhu for his 68th project.

As per the reports, the film is likely to go on the floors from August first week. Meanwhile, the latest we hear that the project with Venkat Prabhu is said to the last film for Thalapathy Vijay.

Reportedly, after wrapping up the film, Vijay is all set to enter full-fledged politics, leading up to the 2026 Tamilnadu legislative assembly elections. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is awaited.
