Buzz: RC15 to wrap up by October

Shankar has made quite the name for himself in the Indian film industry, having delivered back-to-back superhits throughout his career, not only in Tamil but also in Hindi and Telugu as well, through the dubbed versions of his Tamil films.

For the first time ever, the director is currently working on a straight Telugu film, with Ram Charan as the leading man, dubbed as RC15 for now. Kiara Advani is the leading lady of this film, which is being made on a massive budget, on a pan-Indian scale, thanks to Ram Charan’s newfound pan-Indian fame, through Rajamouli’s RRR.

According to the latest reports, the director is said to be of the mind to complete the film in the coming three months, and wrap it up by October this year. He is also said to have brought in a new technical team to achieve the same. An official announcement regarding the film’s release is still awaited.
