Some time ago, it was announced that Ravi Teja and Megastar Chiranjeevi would be sharing screen space after a really long time, in Chiru’s upcoming film, Waltair Veerraju, directed by Bobby. This would be the first time that they would be seen together on the big screen, after they were previously seen as brothers in Annayya, in 2000.
The producers of the film, Mythri Movie Makers, even reportedly managed to make a huge deal out of Ravi Teja’s involvement, as they reportedly got a huge offer for the Hindi dubbed version of the film. As a result, they are said to have signed on the actor even though he asked for a huge pay cheque.
Following the result of Acharya though, it is being said that the producers are expressing concern over the budget of the film, and are even reportedly planning o find a replacement for Ravi Teja so that they could end up paying way less. However, this would mean that their huge Hindi offer would fall through. It is now to be seen what will happen in the end, and if Ravi Teja will end up being a part of the film or not.
