It is already known that NTR and director Koratala Siva are teaming up for the second time, after Janatha Garage, for NTR’s 30th film. This film will be immediate follow up to RRR, for NTR, and hence, is being made on a pan-Indian scale. While the film has been announced officially, the official launch of the movie is yet to take place. Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has reportedly said yes to the project, which is expected to begin once NTR and Koratala are done with their current commitments.
On the other hand, new reports are surfacing that NTR and Koratala are setting the stage for the grand re-entry of a former star heroine of Tollywood, Sonali Bendre. The actress acted alongside every star hero in the industry at the time, and every film she appeared in, was a blockbuster. She was last seen in Tollywood in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Shankar Dada MBBS, in 2004, and has since quit acting. While she judged a few Hindi reality shows in between, the actress hasn’t been seen in Telugu.
Sonali Bendre has reportedly been approached for a key role in Koratala and NTR’s film, and they have also reportedly even gotten in touch with the actress’ manager. It is now to be seen whether she will say yes or no.
