A project in the combination of Tamil stars Thalapathy Vijay and Venkat Prabhu is announced officially a few days back. Tentievely titled Thalapathy 68, Vijay himself took to Twitter and officially made an announcement. In a little more than one-minute video glimpse posted on the social media platform, Vijay has revealed the details regarding the film.
The film is likely to go on the floors from June 3rd week. Meanwhile, the latest buzz circulating among media circles is that the unit is planning to lock CSK as the film’s title. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is awaited.
While AGS Entertainment banner will be bankrolling this high-budget entertainer, Yuvan Shankar Raja is on board to compose the music for the movie. As the film marks the first time collaboration between Vijay and Venkat Prabhu the expectations on the film are sky-high among the audience.
Currently, Vijay is busy with the highly-anticipated movie, Leo under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj. Co-starring Trisha as the female lead, the movie has Arjun, Priya Anand, and Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles. The movie is scheduled for its October 19th release.
