Buzz: Dil Raju bags Liger rights for a whopping price

Vijay Deverakonda and director Puri Jagannadh’s boxing drama, Liger is all set to hit the silver screens on August 25th. Already the pre-release business for the film is happening at a fast pace.

A few weeks back we had reported that noted producer cum distributor Sai Korrapati has acquired Liger rights of Ceded and Bellary for Rs 7.5 crore. Now, the latest buzz is that star producer Dil Raju has bagged the Vizag rights of Liger for a whopping for Rs 25 crore.

Co-starring Ananya Panday as the female lead, Liger also has Rohit Roy, Ramya Krishnan and Hollywood boxing champion Mike Tyson in key roles. Karan Johar in collaboration with Puri Connects bankrolled Liger.
