Buzz: Dhanush’s next shelved?

A multilingual project in the combination of Tamil star Dhanush and Tollywood director Sekhar Kammula was formally announced a few months back. Asian Cinemas banner is on board to bankroll the project.

Earlier, news came out that the film will go on the floors from mid-May. But the latest buzz is that the film is shelved completely due to creative differences between the unit members. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is awaited.

Currently, Dhanush is busy wrapping up the shooting for his ongoing Tamil-Telugu bilingual project titled, SIR under the direction of Telugu director Venky Atluri.
