Megastar Chiranjeevi has three projects in the form of Godfather, Bholaa Shankar and Walter Veeraiha in the pipeline. While the shooting for Godfather under the direction of Mohan Raja is in its last leg, Bholaa Shankar with Meher Ramesh and Walter Veeraiha under the direction of Bobby have completed more than twenty percent of the shooting respectively.
Earlier this month news came out that Chiranjeevi is keen on resuming the shooting for Bholaa Shankar from this month end. Meanwhile, the latest buzz among film circles is that before resuming the shooting Chiranjeevi checked the rushes of film and expressed his displeasure on director Meher Ramesh’s way of presentation and taking. Inside reports suggest that Chiranjeevi is now left in dilemma wheather to resume the shooting or else shelve the project completely. If the project is shelved, this comes as a major setback for director Meher Ramesh who got to direct a film after a decade gap.
Anil Sunkara and KS Rama Rao are bankrolling Bholaa Shankar jointly. Keerthy Suresh is roped in for the sister role in this emotional drama which is a remake for the 2015 Tamil hit, Vedalam.
