Buzz: Aamir Khan Shelves Superhero Project?

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj recently released Coolie but the film did not do well at the box office. After this, he was expected to work on Kaithi 2, but instead he is now focusing on his acting debut. Meanwhile reports in the media suggest that Lokesh might drop or delay some of his planned projects.

According to the latest social media buzz the much-talked-about superhero film with Aamir Khan is likely to be shelved.

Some also believe it could just be put on hold, as Lokesh seems to be prioritizing his ambitious multistarrer with Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth.

The rumors grew stronger after Kamal recently confirmed his collaboration with Rajinikanth. Neither Lokesh nor Aamir has spoken about their supposed project, even during or after the release of Coolie.

If the film is still in plans, Lokesh will need to clarify, especially since Aamir’s earlier cameo received criticism.
