Producer Bunny Vas is a very close friend of Allu Arjun’s, and they both have been friends for over 20 years now. Bunny Vas celebrated his birthday today, and as per their age-old tradition, Allu Arjun and Bunny Vas celebrated it together in Mumbai.
Bunny Vas was in Mumbai on some urgent business, and Allu Arjun surprised Vas by flying to Mumbai. It was a special surprise for the producer, who then made some rather shocking statements. Vas spoke about Allu Arjun’s lineup of films, raising a lot of questions in everyone’s mind. Projects are usually not announced beforehand and are made public only after the completion of an actor’s existing projects. However, Bunny Vas went ahead and announced nearly half a dozen films of Allu Arjun’s, even ones that Allu Arjun is said to have rejected.
Bunny Vas revealed that Allu Arjun has Pushpa, Venu Sriram’s Icon, Pushpa 2, Boyapati Srinu’s film, Koratala Siva’s film and AR Murugadoss’s films in hand and that he’s busy for the next few years. It was earlier reported that Allu Arjun had apparently rejected AR Murugadoss’s film, after which the director approached Ram Pothineni. Given this information, industry insiders and audiences are wondering what Bunny Vas’s intention was, when he made this statement, and if he made this statement in competition to other heroes who are committed to a lot of films.
